Our four day mushroom* retreats take place at the Villa Mariola, Tulum, MX.

Nestled in the Mexican Caribbean along the Solimon Bay, this beachfront villa has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: secure, gated community, private beach, rooms with queen beds for double occupancy (single rooms available upon request for an additional fee), healthy chef prepared meals, providing an optimal diet for your body to be prepared for the ceremony, and beautiful pool to relax while you listen to the sounds of the jungle.

What You Will Experience

Your Safety Is Our Primary Focus.

No one is ever left alone during the experience. Facilitators guide the energy and the flow of the experience through the ceremony, harmonizing the space with sacred incense and plants like Sage, Copal and Palo Santo. If any person has a challenging time, there are plenty of helpers to assist or comfort them. You always have a facilitator with you to help you through the process, even if there is a need to be apart from the group during this growth/development period.

Meet Funginity's Team

An experienced group of guides for your mushroom journey, musicians with many years of experience guiding plant teacher journeys together, to make sure your experience is optimal. Tony and Lu are husband and wife, Mariana is Lu’s sister, they dedicate their lives to the service of others and to teach people how to use plant medicine responsibly; to heal and expand consciousness. The rest of the team adds up to many years of experience guiding plant teacher journeys.

Our entire process is done with love and care; no corners are cut. The medicine is carefully cultivated by local shamans. These sacred mushrooms have been cultivated with respect, love and a careful environment with intention of the highest good. The result is a medicine with a beautiful, potent energy you can feel. During ceremony, we use meditative music and the energy of our family is put to the care and cultivation every step of the way.

Ceremony provides a chance to dive deep into your inner worlds with experienced facilitators to help you in every way. Our retreat environment is designed for positive transformation. Everything from the architecture to our healthy menus work with our natural location. Accommodations include shared spaces, carefully curated meals, and naturally sourced pool.
